Arrive Early
Getting to your first session ten minutes ahead lets you meet the coach, settle in, and discuss any concerns. Early arrival also lets you find your best spot and prime yourself mentally.
Wear Comfortable Clothing
There’s no dress code or required gear. Just choose workout clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle, and be prepared to sweat with the team.
Communicate With Your Coach
If you have injuries or questions about any exercise, let your instructor know. They’ll modify or advise so you feel confident throughout.
Celebrate Small Wins
Progress might not be instant, but every effort matters. Whether it’s your first plank or finishing a session, enjoy the journey and support others too.
